Nigel along with his sister Sarah have owned CG Recruitment which has been in the family since 1996. Nigel’s focus is on new client development as well as overseeing the overall business strategy. “I am delighted to be able to focus more of my time in developing CG Recruitment. Sarah has worked in childcare for over 10 years supporting finance and HR for both CG Recruitment and day nurseries. Sarah is responsible for the overall operation of CG Recruitment and managing the finance side of the operation. “I love working with the team and we have implemented systems to make the whole process for candidates and clients easy. All of this helps us to deliver great service, keep the personal touch and enable growth”.

Charlotte has a wealth of nursery experience having worked in a nursery as a Nursery Nurse before going into management. She joined the CG Recruitment team back in 2010 and oversees the management of the temp desk and the on boarding of new temps. “I really enjoy working for CG Recruitment. It’s great to be able to help clients with their staffing needs and help our temps secure work. It can be a bit of an art balancing the needs of clients with the availability of temps which is why the personal touch is so key”.
